How to use it
- Preheat on medium for one to two minutes, then add oil and let it spread across the flat base
- Add food once the oil shimmers and let it sear before moving it: it releases on its own when a crust forms

Care
Let the pan cool before washing. It is dishwasher safe, and a steel ball or scrubbing pad can be used on stuck food because there is no coating to damage. Dry it after washing to keep the finish bright.
