This measuring cup kitchen scale weighs and measures in the same bowl. The removable stainless steel bowl holds up to 2000 ml and clips onto a base with the scale and a backlit LCD in the handle. It reads up to 5 kg (11 lb) in 1 g steps and converts to volume with modes for water, milk, oil and flour, in cups, millilitres or fluid ounces. Unclip the bowl to pour, mix or wash it, then clip it back on for the next ingredient.

How to use it
- Clip the bowl onto the base and switch on
- Press ZERO to tare the empty bowl, or between ingredients
- Press MODE to pick water, milk, oil or flour for volume readings
- Press UNIT to choose cups, ml, g, lb:oz or fl oz
- Unclip the bowl to pour, mix or wash
Care
Unclip the stainless steel bowl and wash it in warm soapy water. Wipe the base and handle with a damp cloth only; do not immerse the base or put it in the dishwasher. Take the batteries out if you store the scale for a long time.
