How to use it
- Switch on and press TARE to zero the empty spoon
- Press MODE to change the unit
- Scoop the ingredient and read the weight in the handle

Care
Wipe the spoon and handle with a damp cloth and dry them. Do not immerse the scale in water or put it in the dishwasher, and take the batteries out if you will not use it for a while.
