How to use it
- Heat on medium before adding oil to the frying pan, then add food once the oil shimmers
- Match the pan size to the burner or induction zone for even heat
- Use the 24 cm casserole for stocks, pasta and soups, the 16 cm for rice and side dishes
- Keep the lid on to bring water to a boil faster
Care
The set is dishwasher safe. For the brightest finish, wash by hand with warm soapy water and dry straight away. Soak stuck food rather than scraping, and use a stainless steel cleaner now and then to remove heat tint.
