How to use it
- Slide the drum you need into the body and fit the crank handle
- Open the lid and place the cheese in the hopper
- Close the lid, squeeze gently and turn the crank
- Cut vegetables into small pieces before grating them
Care
Take the drum out and wash all parts in warm soapy water straight after use, before cheese dries on. A small brush clears the holes. Dry every part before storing.
